How to Jailbreak an iPhone

There are instructions on how to Jailbreak any iPhone with Software Update 3.1.2 or earlier. It is very simple, but keep in mind that I take no responsibility for any damage done to your device by doing this and this tutorial is for educational purposes only:

1. Restore your device in iTunes

2. Go to BlackRa1n.com and click on the correct download link. If you are on Windows click on the Widnows logo. If you are on a Mac then click on the Apple Logo.

3. Open the file and click on "Make it Ra1n".

4. Plug in your iphone or iPod Touch if it is not plugged in yet.

5.  Once your device reboots clicks on he BlackRa1n logo and select to install Cydia and enjoy your newly Jailbroken iPhone or iPod Touch!
